compassion that surrounds us even

when the night seems dark.

I just finished listening to the MP3. It

was amazing! My first time to do a 5-

minute silence routine. It was wonder-

ful to do breathing techniques properly.

I have practiced doing it, and maybe

regularly doing it will make my body

more relaxed.
